Can anyone recommend me some good AP bio review stuff? I have my exam on chapters 2-20 this week. Thanks!

Is this the Cambell-Reece book? LOVE that book. I would recommend buying the study guide book that accompanies the textbook, since it was comprehensive and gave good practice problems. Also, Princeton Review is really helpful. But if you need to know in-depth information in each of the chapters, I’d recommend rereading all of the chapters (to the best of your ability, I understand that it’s hundreds of pages of material) and doing all of the practice problems in the chapters and at the end. The textbook goes into so much detail, detail that isn’t covered in any study guide books. Good luck!

i’ve heard that the cliffs review book for AP Bio is fabulous. i bought it to study for the AP exam but whipped it out when i was entirely lost on photosynthesis and cell resp, and it worked like a charm. you should give it a shot.

Cliffs was excellent!

Cliff’s is the AP Bio Bible.

Hello.
Since there are only roughly five months to prepare for the test, I am starting to review for AP Bio test. Is it alright to use Campbell Biology Study Guide & Holzclaw for AP Bio class and use Barron’s & Cliffs & Princeton Review (for brief review) to review for AP Bio exam??

^ Yep, that actually sounds perfect. Actually, you really only need Cliff’s for the exam. And read it from front to back; don’t skim.

Does anybody used or uses '5 Steps to a 5" series?? I heard they are okay, bnut have considerable amounts of error…

Also: The powerpoints that go with the Campbell-Reece book are also really good - and can be found online via google

Currently in AP Bio here. I do like and find it interesting, but it is quite overwhelming at times. Would you say that the exam is hard for someone who faithfully does work and studies and everything?
