AP Bio score calculation?

If I did pretty well on the MC (around -10-15, if that even counts as "pretty well") but bombed the FRQs (around +8-12 points, NOT how much I missed), would that land me a score of 2?
Worst-case scenario, let's go with +8 on the FRQs.

Cliffnotes 4ed (awesome review book btw) said this is how to calculate your score: multiply your MC/grid-in (out of 69) by .725 and multiply your free response (out of 40/41) by 1.25. Add these two numbers together. 5:(60-100), 4:(50-59), 3:(41-49), 2:(33-40), 1:(0-32). This is of course raw and without the curve. But this book has been pretty spot-on in all other areas.

A college board practice exam had a more brutal scale…
93-120 5
75-92 4
54-74 3
30-53 2
0-29 1
They also had different weighting but there were only 58 MC on that released exam, so I’d just use the cliffs one for now. Don’t worry and give up hope, the FRQ’s were exceptionally brutal this year, and I think the College Board won’t be as tough, as last year’s FRQ’s were fairly simple. Just hope for the best.

whoops. Actually Multiply your mc by .86 instead and your FRQ’s by about 1.5
