AP Bio---supplementing learning

I'm in 11th grade, and I am currently struggling with AP Bio...Our teacher doesn't really help much, so much of the studying falls on the students and it has just been 3 weeks into the school year...

Has anyone here had any similar troubles and have any useful links or tools to help? I really need to get an A for this course.

thanks in advance!

Cliffs is awesome, both for the course and the exam.

Our school gives us the cliffs AP study book, and it is really helpful in narrowing things down, but I find it more potentially useful for the exam only. Our teacher likes to use the book (pearson) to take his tests from, and you just have to read all things carefully to get those small questions…
Does anyone happen to know of a website you can use to test yourself in any way for AP BIO?
thanks!

bumpp!!!

(This is what my teacher posted on our AP Bio class facebook Page)

If you need to make flashcards to help remember definitions:

[Flash cards, vocabulary memorization, and study games | Quizlet](http://quizlet.com/)

If you don’t understand a concept in your text book, here are in-depth outlines of every chapter of the Campbell 7th Edition (keep in mind that of the chapters are switched around from your text book, and some of the information is not in the 6th edition):

When studying for the AP exam, it is very difficult to condense the 1200 pages of your textbook and remember it all. Use a test prep book specifically for AP Biology when cramming for the exam. Here are a couple prep books:

[Amazon.com: CliffsAP Biology (9780470097649): Phillip E. [Amazon.com: Barron’s AP Biology (9780764140518): Deborah T.
Remember these test prep books are not a substitute for your actual textbook. They condense the information. Use the test prep book in addition to reading the textbook.
