So my teacher gave our class both the 2013 test and the released practice test with the new format. I got a 51/58 on the MC of the 2013 test, but on the practice test, I got 51/69 on the MC, including the grid-ins. For some reason, the practice test seemed much harder, but I don't know whether to trust an official past test or an official practice test. I really want a 5; if I go by last year's test, then I'm ready, but if I go by the practice test, then I need to really get my MC up. What should I believe?

The test is vastly different than it was two years ago. Trust the practice test. The 2013 test has not been released because the questions on it will most likely be very similar in order to compare this year and last. The old test is very different, but 51 on the practice test is very good; Keep at it.

@BananaCreamDream Okay, thanks! I’m pretty sure that the test I took was the 2013 one though? It had the same new exam format, and the FRQs were the same as the 2013 released ones.

@Doodledork if you found the 2013 actual exam online, can you pm me the link?? I really need all the practice I can get, Thanks

@Zeppelin7 Ahh, on second thought, I don’t think it was the actual test; I think it’s just the 2013 practice test. Sorry, I thought it was the real thing. I’ll still pm you the link, though!

I’d like the link to both tests, if you don’t mind. :)
