would you say ap bio is one of the hardest ap offered at your school??
i have taken some aps and bio is the only class that i have trouble...

AP Bio was my first AP class, and it wasn't too hard for me as a freshman. Although it's true that it was technically an Honors Bio class. Anyway, my school doesn't offer a real AP Bio class, and even my Honors Bio teacher was a horrible teacher, so I can't really judge what a normal AP Bio class would be like.

Bahaha AP Bio is for teh noobs. AP PHYSICS IS FOR REAL MEN GRAAHHHHHH ><

Jk, both are pretty equal in difficulty here. I just like Physics more =P

AP Bio is definitely one of the hardest APs at my school, but that's mostly because of the way it is taught and the teacher's expectations.

I HATE Biology so much, yet I'm enrolled in that class. That class has been a contributing factor to my depression as of late. But hopefully things will pick up next semester. Senior FTW.

You have to memorize tons of stuff. I don't think it's as conceptually hard as physics but there are no short cuts to bio.

AP Bio is the easiest AP at my school. Teachers are easy, and with a nice review book, you can get a 5 easily. I mean, think about it- you're just memorizing information and regurgitating on the test. No formulas, no crazy concepts, no math, no essay formatting crap, no dates, no annoying little details. AP Bio is all about the big picture. How much better can it get?

The hardest AP at my school is...oh...yeah, about that....

I loved it.

Hardest AP at my school is definitely Chemistry. Took it last year, got a 1 on the exam. Never wanna go near it again.

The hardest APs offered at my school and Calc BC, Physics, and Chem. I think most people would find Calc BC and Physics more difficult because the teachers have Korean and Hispanic accents respectively.

Bio is considered 2nd tier, but still a very demanding class. Why did I take it Senior year? Oh yea--the guidance nazis never get my classes to work out.

AP is my first and only AP course so far. At my school from my sister who had all AP's and other friends, they say AP is hardest. Mostly because the teacher has a doctorate's in 2 or 3 different subjects and did many research projects for 10-15 years before becoming a teacher.

Umm, I believe AP Chem is the hardest science class offered at my school.
Although, I've heard some kids gripe about AP Physics as well, but not as much (I only know 2-3 girls that are taking AP Physics..the rest are guys).

AP Biology is hard only because of the vast amount of content and the specificity of the information that you're expected to know. My teacher was super hard and I struggled in her class, but I guess it had some benefit because the AP exam wasn't too horrible.

But I think the hardest AP classes at my school are AP Physics and APUSH, followed closely by Physics Honors and AP Government. For some reason, everyone at my school finds the AP Calc classes (both AB and BC) ridiculously easy.

I love AP Biology. Chemistry was good too. I could never get the hang of AP British Literature, so much of what they look for is BS in my opinion.

I suppose it's hard in the sense you have to do a lot of intensive reading, outlines took me like 3 hours per chapter last year. Basically just memorize as much of that Campbell's book as humanly possible and you're set!

Ha. It would help if it wasn't the only AP class the school offered.

It really depends on teachers, honestly. Yeah, some are obviously harder/easier (ie. Calc BC vs. Art History), but for the most part, it depends on how your school organizes courses, homework, in-depthness of the course, test prep, etc.

AP Biology is the hardest AP offered at my school, physics pales in comparison. I'm taking biology right now and struggling to pass. It's not that hard if it's the one course you care the most about, but it's not really for me, and I'm finding it hard to keep up. That said, almost everyone who takes AP Biology at my school does well on the exam. :)

Ap Bio is one of the touhest classes at my school. The most difficult, which I am currently taking, is actually AP European History.
