AP Biology junior year or Honors Physics junior year?

Should I take AP Biology junior year or Honors Physics junior year, or should I wait to take one of these classes until senior year? I am looking to become a doctor when I grow up, and I was wondering if one of these classes would be more beneficial take first before the other. I took Biology Honors freshman year and got an A, and I am in Chemistry Honors currently in my sophomore year.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

If you take AP Biology senior year you will be more likely to remember it first year of college (med schools don’t accept AP credits used to satisfy med school requirements). On the other hand, colleges can see your AP exam score for AP Bio (this could be a good thing or a bad thing- you won’t need to take the AP exam if you take it senior year anyways, and a good score can reflect positively on you but won’t end up amounting to credit in the future)

I would take Honors Physics junior year as that is the normal progression in science. Then take AP Bio senior year.
Colleges generally don’t use AP scores for admission so don’t worry about that.
