<p>quick question for all of you who have already taken AP biology: must we know the krebs cycle in detail (each step, what reaction occurs, the order of it... etc), or do we just have to know.. what happens in general and the final products of the krebs cycle? </p>
<p>anything else that is notably difficult to learn in AP biology? thanks.</p>
<p>I took bio 2 years ago and as far as I remember, the individual steps themselves are not particularly important. More important is the end result and the impact.</p>
<p>you need to know how much ATP/NADH+/the-other-one comes out, how much total ATP you get, and the general steps like oxidative phosphorylation and stuff. but nothing nitpicky like what reaction occurs.</p>
