AP Biology or AP Computer Science?

I currently attend TJHSST as a freshmen, and was recently confronted with a tough decision:
I want to go into the Neuroscience Senior Research Lab, and there are three paths to get there, two of which I am interested in.
One path is the Biology path (Bio, AP Bio, Neurobio) + Calculus BC
And one is the Computer Science path (CS, AP CS, Artificial Intel 1/2) + Calculus BC.
I will have Calculus BC down by next year or the year after that, so that’s not a problem.
However, I don’t know which path to choose: the CS path, or the Bio path?
It’s a really hard decision for me, I enjoy both subjects a lot.

Thanks!

  1. Congrats on the TJ acceptance. I have two friends that go there, I'm jealous as heck. Do you know a KS (math) or NS (computer science)? Message me.
  2. Yeah, I only commented on this to ask if you know my friends.
  3. Are you excited about the new building?
  4. Which do you think of the brain as, something to be programmed, or as a bioelectric system?

What kind of project do you see yourself doing? Personally, I’d do the CS path (granted I’m a CS major), but most people do the Bio path to Neuroscience, since the CS path is more geared towards Computer Systems. PM if you have any more questions! I graduated from TJ in 2014 (was in Computer Systems).
