I was so sad those were the two sections i studied the most:(

yesss you did hahaha
I’m pretty happy now lol
I always walk out pretty sure I SUCKED but I’m pretty positive I did well!
I really think I made a 4 or better! :D

FRQ: 3B and 4B = death lol.

I know exactly how it works, coffee. I used that exact scoring sheet to calculate my score on my practice test and FRQs this past weekend.

However:
- Not every section always has 4 points. Some of them have say, 5 POSSIBLE ways to earn points, but the max you can earn is only 2.
- The sections that he skipped could have had more weight than the sections he did fine in, so although your approximation is rough, it isn’t exactly accurate.

Also:
- The weight of 1.5 might fluctuate each year. I’m not sure though. Do you know for certain?
- The weight of 1.5 was used in 2002 when the exam had 120 questions, not 100 like it has now. It is probably different now.

3 B?? why is that? lol
I thought all of 3 was EASSSSY
But I love genetics and completely understand it all lol
Now 4 B…YES…hahaha I had no clue

The MC seemed much easier than those on the practice tests I did (Cliffs). I didn’t skip any, and would be shocked if I missed more than five.
The FRQs were alright, the first was probably the hardest, but just because I didn’t study that topic as much. I think I mixed up the two things in part a…

The question 3b was pretty bad…i totally screwed that up…ugh. And 4 was just awful in general…its like you had to guess what they wanted you to write about!

Kaekae… Cliff’s is known for being much harder than the actual thing. So you are gauging appropriately. :)

I know for a fact that I mixed up the “things” in part a as well (on #1) :(.

Was it just me or was question 3 kind of repetitive? Like the first and second were both because of the same reason, just backwards??

first 3 frqs were pretty easy. the 4th i definitely would be lucky to recieve 1 or 2 points. the mc was a lot easier than i thought itd be i probably got around a 75%. i dont know how the curve works on for bio so i probably got a 4

Yep, I was wondering what the point of having this in two parts; it would’ve been better suited as just one. It’s in our favor though for it to be divided up = more points. :)

thank god!! :] oh and what steps do i have to do? I got the student pack but am I supposed to do something with it?

and when do we get our scores back? they said late july but i thought that it was earlier than that?!

What do you mean what steps do you have to do? AFAIK, there isn’t anything to do except wait for your scores. They say the third week of July but I have no clue when they actually arrive (perhaps sooner?).

You don’t have to do anything with your student pack; just keep it, as it has some valuable information as well as your AP number (which you may need if you ever have to contact CollegeBoard re: your AP scores).

1st frq= fail. i only knew one thing. and the third part of it i had nooo clue. 4th one was soooo easy…if you took APES. :-p

dude omg i think i did a lot better than i thought!! i guessed on the last part of question 1 FR and i think i got it right!!

I got really lucky - the first FRQ happened to be one of the essay questions for our test in class for that chapter. I don’t think I got the last part of that question right though.

I am 99% I got a 5

MC was soooo easy. 1st FRQ i think i got half credit and the next two destroyed and the last one i think 3/4 is probably what i got.

gahh this is bugging me. on one of those questions about plants, did anyone put a letter twice? this is the one where they showed the diagram…

I don’t remember a question on plants where there was a diagram… alternation of generations?

MC was ok, FRQs were meh… complete BS for questions 1/4… probably got a 3 or a 4, we’ll see in July!
