AP Biology vs AP Environmental vs non-AP?

So, I am a rising Junior, and I've been recommended for;

AP English Language and Composition
AP World History
AP Biology
Trig/Pre-Cal Honors
Latin IV, Honors
Studio II Honors

However, I will definitely major in a liberal art in College, most likely English, and then ideally go to Law School. My Father is strongly advising me to drop AP Biology (which is two periods) and take Honors Marine Biology, Honors Physics, or Honors Solid Earth.

Despite the fact that I know I won't be going into a science field in college, I have always had a knack for Biology. I passed Bio Honors as a Freshman with a 99, and was the only person in my graduating class that scored perfectly on the Biology MCAS as a Freshman. But AP Biology is intense.

So that leaves me with a few options.

I can either deal with AP Biology and it's rigor, and hope that it doesn't consume too much of my energy or focus from English and History AP, or take Environmental Science AP, which is pretty much a joke (and only one period) and not have to forfeit the AP boost to my GPA, or take Honors Marine Biology, forfeit the AP credit, but not have to worry about the rigor.

Opinions?

I’m not sure how it is at your school, but at mine the AP Lang class is NOT super difficult, and neither is Biology (it depends on your teacher, though!). If you’ve always succeeded in Biology, I think you should take the AP. Colleges do look at the rigor of your schedule, so it will look good if you’re taking the harder class.

Apart from that, AP Bio is an awesome class. I’m in it this year, and I can easily say it’s my favorite class. There are infinite resources online to help you if you’re feeling unsure. I’d DEFINITELY recommend buying Barron’s guide to AP Biology; it’s a lifesaver. Biology is a decent amount of memorization, but it is possible and since you clearly have a strong foundation, it shouldn’t be hard for you.
