Ap Biology vs. Biology SATII

Is there anything that I need to know for the SAT II thats not on the AP Biology test? Im currently enrolled in AP Biology at my high school and am going to take some extra classes (because i dont really know anything) at a ap prep place. I figured i might as well take the SAT 2 as well, but how different is it? Anything i should focus on?

the questions can be very obscure. i thought the ap test for bio was a breeze but the subject test was considerably harder (i got a 750 btw). for instance, the first set of questions on the sat 2 was about identifying random characteristics in certain animals/plants/sea things

i did not specifically prep for the sat 2 though, and i kind of regret that. i did prep for the ap exam though.

What I read from the articles by students is that AP Biology is more focused on the connection between various different concepts in relation to the themes in biology, while SAT-II Bio E/M is more focused on the memorization of the facts in biology.
