Hi everyone,

I'm a junior right now and deciding which courses to take for my senior year. In my freshman year I took Honors Biology, sophomore year I took Honors Chemistry, and this year I'm taking Honors Anatomy and Physiology. I got a B in Honors Bio (only because I was really lazy and never even cracked open the book), and a B in Hon. Chem. but that's because I actually struggled with it. This year I've maintained an A+ in Honors Anatomy and Phys.

I plan to go on the Pre-Med track. Would it look really bad if I didn't take Honors Physics my senior year, but instead took AP Biology?

I'm not worried about AP Bio because I'm great with memorization and have discovered that I actually really like it a lot. And I'm a lot more mature than I was in my freshman year.

Which class should I take?

ALSO:

I'm in regular Algebra 2 right now because I'm not very good at math. Next year I have an option, either:

Take Honors Pre-Calculus at my high school

OR

Take Pre-Calc (one semester) and then Calculus 1 (one semester) at my local college

Which should I take? Would Hon. Pre-Calc look fine, or would it be better to risk the grade and take Pre-Calc/Calc 1 all in one year my local college?

In case you're wondering, I'm not applying to any Ivy Leagues or anything like that. I'm going to apply somewhere like FSU or UF or USF (I live in Florida and come from a decent private Catholic High School)

Thanks in advance,
Brooke
