I can't decide whether or not to take Calc or Stats as well as making a decision as to whether or not to take AP Physics B or AP Environmental. I know I want to take an AP for sure for both subjects. Next year, the magnet at my school will be moving to a new campus meaning I would have to go to. This means new AP teachers and complicated access to the main campus (available but requires that I provide my own transportation). I'm going to be a senior next year and I need to make a decision soon. Would greatly appreciate anyone's help!

My top schools and Intended Major:
UCLA - enter as a business economics major + apply as a communications major my junior year + a minor in film (have already taken classes over the summer to satisfy most of the requirements)
USC - apply as a Business major but if I get accepted, I would then apply to their "Business in Entertainment" program within their Business school
NYU - apply as a Business major but if I get accepted, I would then apply to their "Entertainment, Media, and Technology" program within their Business school.

AP Calculus AB- Math isn't a terrifying subject for me and I've gotten low A's and high B's in math throughout high school. I'm skeptical as to whether or not I'll get an A, but I have a feeling it's regarded as a more appealing class to college admissions. The teacher I have for math analysis would be teaching Calculus and she's brand new, not to mention always absent because of health related issues. There's a teacher at the main campus but she has a reputation of being a really hard teacher but almost everyone gets a 4 or 5 on the AP test and past students rave that after taking her class, math in college is a breeze (notably, one of my good friends had her last year for AB and goes to UCLA with one of the majors I'm considering and raves about how easy math is now). I want the harder teacher but it depends on if it works for my schedule. Willing to take it, but is it worth the risk?

AP Statistics- Like the teacher and I know I can earn a good grade but I'm not sure if this is the best class for my major(s). People who have taken it in the past have earned mostly 3's.

AP Physics B- I took honors physics this year and earned an A plus I understand it fairly well. I want to take an AP class and I think given the background from the honors class, I would do okay. (The magnet program at my school requires four years of science and the only available options for seniors are APs. I have satisfied the minimum requirement for science.) But, from what I've heard from past students is that the teacher doesn't prepare his students and there's a significant amount of homework. I would have to do a good amount of studying on my own from the sound of it. Most people who do their own studying and go beyond earn a decent AP score and bring up their grades to A's and B's after the AP exam has passed.

AP Environmental- Another one of the teachers at my school who has a history of not preparing students for the AP test. It has a reputation of being less work but I don't know how well this class stands with admissions offices because EVERYONE at my school flocks to this class given the low work load. Nearly everyone earns a 2 or 3 on the AP test and leaves with a B in the class. Which science is better in admission's eyes and best suits my major?
