Exactly how much HARDER (difficulty of the material, workload, # of course topics covered) is BC than AB? I'm planning on majoring in Economics or Information Science in college-will taking BC really be necessary or should I just take AB? Thanks!

it's not that much worse imo...

You have to cover parametric equations, indeterminate forms, Lhopitals, more vectors, polar curves, more integration, arc length, euler's method, and sequences/series. it may seem a lot, but if you do understand the ab material, the extra sections usually don't take that much more time to understand (exception is the last topic, which is a whole new one to itself). It can be helpful in terms of fulfilling math requirements, BC credit, if you get a good grade, is usually worth more than AB credit

BC also has logistical growth.

but it's not that difficult to learn?

oh no, I crammed for the new material in 48 hrs (by the way, totally not recommended) while taking the AB class. Learn the stuff around spring break (if you have one) and you'll be fine.

Yeah, you might as well go for BC.
