I've pretty much been teaching myself random calculus stuff since I was in algebra 2... In Pre-Calculus now. My teacher, the school's Calc BC teacher (no AB is offered), told me to give the AB test a shot, seeing as my school pays for the tests.

So I decided to give myself a diagnostic test by taking the '88 released exam, and I got a 4 - not too shabby if I do say so myself. I did notice a something: there were no related rates problems. I know this is not the fact with the current exam, however.

What would the best textbook be for a self-study? What good study materials are available online? I know there's the MIT OCW lectures, but the professor just rambles... -_-

Thanks
