Hello, I recently found out that I’ve received a five on the AP Calc AB exam. I checked the AP credit website for LS&A and it states that I’ll be recieving credit for MATH 120(2) and placed into MATH 116 and above. Since MATH 115 fulfills the MSA credit required for all LSA students, does this mean I do not have to take an MSA class? I’m not too sure what the calc credit does for me since MATH 120 is not listed as on of the courses that qualifies for MSA but there are courses of lower levels that do? I’m really confused and am really trying to avoid taking any math classes, any help would be greatly appreciated!
AP credit doesn’t fulfill distribution requirements.
Thanks!
