Hello everyone, I’m a senior in high school and I’m currently taking the second year of AP Calculus but I have had some major issues on trying to keep up with it. Now I am in fear of failing and having my college acceptance rescinded from a cal state. Do you think if I fail this last semester (but passed last semester) I will lose the acceptance to the cal state?
The rule for Math verification is that a passing grade 2nd semester validates a D or F 1st semester, not the other way around. You need to do everything in your power to pass that course. Some CSU’s can be forgiving in regards to D’s or F’s and some are not. Ask for extra credit, get a tutor and extra help from your teacher. If you pass the AP exam with a score of 3 or higher, will your teacher give you a passing grade?
I hope so. If that happens
quite possibly… you should call your CSU and see what they have to say.
