***AP Calculus AB 2015-2016 Thread***

I like my teacher

I will be failing this exam soon :slight_smile: But i’m a senior so it’s ok… How’s everyone else doing preparing for this? My class still has several weeks of material to get through before we start AP exam review…

My class has just finished the material and we will start reviewing for the AP exam next.

THE EXAM IS ON THURSDAY. GG

good luck!! i’m more of a humanities person so i’m stressing about this test a lot

Good luck!

Are Barrons AP Calc AB exams harder than the CB exams?

@YoohooAddict

There are plenty of released AP calc exams. Don’t bother with the prep books.

@bsdsj22 Yea I know that lol, but I just wanted to know the difference in terms of difficulty.

Arc Length is part of Calc BC , no? or is it included in AB as well?

@skstanford

Arc length is Alg2/Pre-cal O_O I learned that a lonnnnnnng time ago

Are the tests similar each year? I reviewed the 2015 one a lot during class, so do you think the exam tomorrow will be really similar? I mean, considering the fact that we’re only allowed to view them in class, etc. Does anyone know a student who took the 2015 one last year? If so, did they think the test was really similar to the 2014 one they got to review in class?

Well, Barron’s has got arc length down as a BC only topic. You are talking about the integration formula right for arc length?

@skstanford between 67-72 points usually, so approx 66% (at most)

@ccislame1 thank you so much! These are very helpful

International here. MC was extremely easy. FRQs were alright… one or two parts I got mixed up on.

Good luck to everyone! We can do it! xx
