I took the AP Calculus AB exam today, and I accidentally put my first name in the last name section and my last name in the first name section. And I wrote my name properly on the Free-Response sheet.
Would I be able to fix that by asking the AP coordinator? Or would I have to call Collegeboard.
Thanks
Speak to your guidance counselor today. I can’t imagine that this is that huge a problem.
Do you think the AP coordinator will let me change it?
You won’t know until you ask.
Will collegeboardnot mark my test if the free response name and the answer sheet name are different?
Your test will be scored. Whether the score report will get delayed while the name discrepancy is resolved is a question that nobody but the CB can answer. Your best option is to get this resolved before the exams are returned to the College Board, so you really need to talk to your AP Coordinator.
Do you know when the coordinator will send the tests to collegeboard?
Again, you’re asking “Do you think?” Questions. I’m hoping that by now you e spoken to either the AP coordinator or your guidance counselor… who would know and not just speculate.
I took the al test in a different school, and therefore cannot talk directly to the AP coordinator. I emailed her but she hasn’t replied yet
Yes. They need to send by the close of business on 5/21.
Have you tried calling her?
I think I’ll just call the collegeboard and let them know. I’m pretty sure collegeboard will place a score delay on my test. I’ll just have to wait and hope for the best.
The Ap Coordinator luckily contacted me and told me that she would sort it out. Thanks
I know it’s late, but thanks for your help!
