AP Calculus - AB sub-score from BC test easier to achieve than taking AB test?

I’ll be taking the BC test next week and I’m shooting more for a 3+ AB sub-score than BC score. But I was wondering if switching the BC exam to the AB exam would give me a higher chance of getting a 3+. I understand that the BC test consists of 60% AB topics, but I’m not sure if getting enough of them correct to get a 3+ is harder or easier than getting enough correct on the actual AB exam to achieve a 3+.

IMO, it’s equivalent. Take the BC test.

If anything it’s easier because you’ll have more time, by ignoring the BC only questions. The question is whether or not your college will accept your AB subscore as a means of getting out of Calc I.
