Hi guys, I'm planning to take Calc BC, and i'm just wondering how the grading works. I've heard that on the BC test, there are several AB questions that will contribute to your AB subscore; but do these questions also contribute to your BC score? What i'm basically asking is, WILL EVERY SINGLE QUESTION ON THE BC TEST AFFECT YOUR BC SCORE, INCLUDING THE AB TOPIC QUESTIONS? Or will only the BC topic related questions affect your score?
As well, Would it be possible to get a 5 on Calc BC without knowing infinite series at all?

Yes they do.

You still have 2 weeks - you should be able to learn infinite series in that time.

60% of the Calc BC exam tests Calc AB material. In fact the 2008 Calculus BC exam shares almost 20 multiple choice questions with the AB exam.

It is possible but you may make mistakes in questions that test what you know which may impact your AP score. In the FRQs, question 6 will always involve infinite series, so you really should try to learn it.

you need about a 62% to get a 5, but you can get a 5 on your AB subscore without getting a 5 on the BC
