The exam last year for AB was really really hard I heard. Some smart people I know only got 3s. But this year it seems easier.

The test was pretty easy for me, since I had a great teacher who prepared us rigorously. I got a B in the class though...

i'm a slow worker, only answered 75% of the calc multiple choice. skipped one on the non calc. got the rest right i think.

made a dumb mistake on the max/min problem, did all the work for the right answer and wrote the wrong one, then used the wrong one to do the next problem.

evidently it worked out alright though.

chickenboi a 4 is still awesome! You should get credit almost anywhere...we're just losers :)

i thought mc was pretty much a joke,
but i struggled through noncalculator frq section

especially the one about the lake. i never understood the latter questions in it :(

^ Yeah, the lake question was weird. I was flip-flopping over two different ways to do the last part of the lake problem and evidently I picked the right one. It was the one that made more sense in terms of the whole point of calculus anyways.

Guess I'll be the first outlier here on CC. So I sort of crammed (who doesn't) for the AP exam 1-2 weeks beforehand. I did pretty well in my AP Calc BC class throughout the year, pulled A-'s both semesters and thought the concepts weren't that bad. I guess I'm one of those people who choke when it counts. When exam day came, I just didn't feel secure nor ready for the test. I mean cramming only will get you so far. Overall the exam was difficult for me, I'm not gonna lie. I'm pretty sure I got 3-4 questions on both parts of the FRQs, but I guess my MC score just wasn't up to par. If I could take it again, I'd probably study more thoroughly as well as actually omitting problems I don't know instead of playing the guessing game.

*Go ahead CC laugh it up.

^ Why laugh? That would be pretty insensitive.

Seriously, not all CC'ers are going to look down on people with lower scores.

Does collegeboard tell you your raw score? I'd really be interested in seeing that.

although i cant say im suprised; i didnt answer any questions on the second part of the FR.

My teacher kind of sucked (wasn't there often, gone for >4 weeks due to surgery though that is beside the point) and didn't teach. However, having it as a full year class on a block schedule (plus calculus has made me love math) made it easy enough. Yay for Ostebee and Zorn! [please don't crucify me]

Umm, I struggled through the whole thing, and did not even do the Larange equation b/c I had no idea. I was pretty sure I got a 3 or 4. I was like seriously sure, not just freaking-out-stressed-out-nerd sure. Instead I got a 5. Whoot!

All of you guys called in early? What a waste of $15....
