1) It was $8
2) It was worth it, I found out I tested out of a class I never expected to, and I'm not going to cry over an hour of work
3) Some people have their scores in the mail already

I really enjoyed taking the BC test. It was fun! And no essay or anything! :D

Haha, I actually agree with that. The three months of studying beforehand was torture, but the test itself was a cinch.

Let's just suppose you have one day before the exam and you've spent your last two weeks ditching school, partying, playing, etc..., anything that does not prep you for calc bc.
What to do? Just go over as many previous FRQ problems as you can.

A better prep would be to do as many of the full length practice exams as you can. Both MC and FRQs. Seriously, this will make you a five machine. You will see your hand move faster than your brain. The constant "am I making a mistake" type of error checking mechanism on your brain will be silenced by the sturdiness of your problem solving skillzzz.

1) My bad. I wouldn't know since I didn't waste my money.
2) It is still $8. You can almost buy 2 gallons of gas with that.
3) Exactly. Everyone's grades will eventually come by mail. I was surprised people had received them, thats it.

I spent the $8. Orientation's next week, and I have to pick my classes then. The east coast doesn't get the score reports until the second-to-last week in July.

Yup. Got a 5.
In spite of...
CALCULATOR WAS IN DEGREE MODE DURING THE MULTIPLE CHOICE: WHOOPS!
But that only killed me on a few questions. I discovered the error during break. Other than that, messed up the 2nd half of #6 in the FRQ I think... no big deal ;) .

Do lots of practice problems. it made the real test seem like familiar questions

=) They tried to get creative with some problems, but the problems were still easy.

I got more use out of the score report. Why do I need 2 gallons of gas so desparately?

so what d you guys think is the minimum percentage for a 5 this year? Is it still like 65%-ish, or more?

Didn't study at all, went in with the "i'm going to fail this test" attitude. And I did. Nothing more about it. But if I was trying, I would've done a lot of practice MC questions everyday.

Wow, can't believe I am only the second 4...Got a 5 on the AB subscore if that means anything =P. Could have gotten a 5 if I would have prepared a little better for it.

When you have a car with a 20 gallon tank, 2 gallons doesn't look like much. Get a job and stop complaining about how other people spend their money.
