I took Geometry and Alg.2 in my freshman year, AP Cal AB in sophomore year, AP Stat in junior year, but I don't know what math I should take for my senior year. I already have 4 math credits so my high school doesn't need me to do another year of math, but a friend told me that taking 4 continuous years of math is the best thing to do. If I take another year of math, the only subject I can take is AP Cal BC, which is something I'm not looking forward to but am willing to take if it means helping me out on my college apps. Please tell me your opinions on this! Thank you~

It would be good to take AP Calculus BC because it’s a challenging class, not because it will give you four continuous years of math. It doesn’t really matter whether you take it, though.

you took AB already, BC will be very easy

I agree with the above. You’ve already taken half of BC, so it should be a refresher.
