Can someone who got a C in Pre-Calculus take AP Calculus BC? They dont expect to make an A, they plan to maintain atleast a C in BC. The reason is that this person took 5 AP classes as a junior being his firs time ever even taking AP, on top of being in band having to practice music, and then dealing with Pre-calculus. So that had something to do with the C. So is this advisable?

It just depends on how competitive is your school..
Like in my school, the highest grade is C, with only .5 weighted, throughout 120+ students. So... it's hard to say..

I'd say yes...I think AP Calc BC is easier than Pre-Algebra...but that could just be me.

ok seriously, be honest lol

Oops...I meant Pre-Calc...Not Pre-Algebra. I was mediocre in Pre-Calc, but I'm doing really well in Calc BC.

wait, u got a C in precalc you mean and u r doing good in bc calc?

I got a B, which isn't great. I didn't learn much in that class either.
