AP Calculus BC

Ok so I’m in a sticky situation. I’m a senior at my high school and I’ve applied to UCs this year. I’ve met all the a-g requirements and I haven’t failed any classes. My transcript GPA is a 3.60. This year, I’m taking two math classes: Prob & Stats and AP Calculus BC. I currently have a 67% in my calc class right now and I’m not too confident that I’ll pass the class. If I fail this class, will it rescind my UC apps even though I’ve already met the a-g requirements and since AP Calc BC isn’t an a-g requirement or UC requirement? Can I/should I drop the class for the second semester? I’m so worried that I’ve done all this hard work and used a lot of my parents’ money to be denied a UC because of one class that isn’t even required :frowning:
