<p>I have a quick question (probably a stupid one too) : on the college board released AP Calc AB Tests, what is the difference between the form b free response questions and the unlabeled ones? thanks in advance!</p>

<p>There's a late-testing date a few weeks after the normal one for people that couldn't take a test for some reason (testing conflict etc).</p>
<p>They're actually given in different time zones. Form B is primarily given in Europe. It's to prevent folks from finishing the exam prior to other folks starting and relaying information.</p>
<p>The late testing form is not Form B, but is a form that is never released and posted.</p>

<p>Form B is for the people who couldn't take the test due to the fact of other AP tests conflicting or they just missed that day. Also form B is MUCH MUCH harder than form A. The questions in the free response require more conceptual analysis on the problems compared to form A. And the curve on that test is higher since the people taking it are really smart and will ruin the curve.</p>

<p>garner4eva, that is simply incorrect. There's a section of the AP Central site (it looks like you need a teacher password for it, though) that states what Form B is for.</p>
<p>And the students in 2007 thought that Form B was easier than Form A.</p>
<p>The curve for the two forms do run independently of one another.</p>
