AP Calculus Score Discussion

I just got my AP Calc score a few days ago and I think College Board screwed up my score, because I took the AP Calculus BC exam but when I checked my score online it showed AP Calculus AB exam and I got an 1. I am very confident with my math strength because I got As on most of my tests in class and 5s on the practice tests, and I studied for this exam like crazy because AP Calc BC is the only exam I took this year.
So, I don’t know what I should do. Is there a posibility that College Board might have lost or missed my score sheet or a part of my exam?
It’s so frustrating…

@nhpnponyo You can go here for info on re-scoring the multiple-choice section of the Calc. BC exam:
https://professionals.collegeboard.org/testing/ap/scores/reporting/for-students
(scroll to “Multiple Choice Rescore Service”)

It is highly unlikely CB has lost your exam; they would have contacted you and offered you to retest or receive a refund.

If you were really confident in your abilities during the test, then re-scoring may not be a bad idea (though it will cost you ~$30). It may also be possible that you thought you were well-prepared, but really weren’t – but we don’t know that.

If I were you, I would ask them to rescore it. I am wondering if they somehow scored your BC exam as if it were the AB exam.

Thank you so much for your information! Really appreciate it!
