i took calculus AB last year and im taking calculus bc this year

i slacked off ALOT and i practically havent learned anything in the last two years (still got an A last year...go figure....stupid education system), but i'm stuggling more this year because it builds off of what we learned last year

so....i wanna start studying...like fast....so should i buy ap calculus prep books? are those good for learning calculus? from scratch? which one should i buy?

ps....is there also one for honors physics? i slacked off in this one too....

ive realized i need to stop slacking and start taking school seriously since ill be going to college next year, so i wanna start studying and go back to my 4.0 ways....so i guess i need to study alot now to make up for what i missed.....

ppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp

hjhjhjhjhjhhhhhhhhddddddddddddddddddddddddd

Don't slack off in class unless you are exceptionally smart, is my best advice.. I could recommend some textbooks however they are for university calculus, and I am not sure of the standard of your course...

UGH it ****es me off how easy this material is after i study for like an hour, but then all of a sudden i'll run into something we did last year and i'll be stuck!! simple things like knowing derivative formulas or antiderivative formulas completely screw me over

slacking used to be good but i think i overdid it last year

is there a cliff notes ap calc or princeton review or something?

i can memorize the steps for like tests and stuff, but i don't actually know WHY i'm doing it....like conceptually i don't know what's going on, and i think that's critical for me to do well on things like the final or AP test (or college placement test)

Read a tour of the calculus. Forget the author, but it helps to give better understanding of need and usage of calc. Use the princeton review book. It does a good job of teaching integrals and derivs, and its light reading. All of the stuff is in there, and there are enough problems shown to know how to do most problems.
