I am a junior right now in high school and I have a history with struggling with the math subject. I wanted to know if it would be the right move to skip pre-cal senior year a jump straight to calculus even though I struggle.
It’s called Pre-calculus for a reason. So no, you should not skip, particularly if you struggle with math.
If you struggle with math, why would you think it is a good idea to skip a math course in the usual progression?
If you really want to get an idea of how ready you are for calculus, you can try this quiz:

You need precalculus before Calculus. Take precalculus and schedule a tutor to make sure you understand the concepts.
