I need a book that will prepare me to enter Cal BC. I already took Pre-Calc but my foundations are not that great.

EDIT: I guess I can’t read. Does your school usually track people straight into BC, or is taking AB first the norm?

^Many schools allow you to enter straight into Calc BC after Precalc. It’s not that big of a deal.

Anyhow, I suggest going through the first few chapters of Princeton Review’s AP Calculus. It seems to be the best review book out there.

That’s why I asked. The post is bold because I had written something different before rereading the OP and wanted to make the change clear.

Ah. I was wondering.

I entered BC straight after Precalc.

I self-studied BC this year…I am feeling for a borderline 4

Ermm, this discussion is great and all, but I kinda need a book.

Princeton Review if you want a review book instead of a rextbook.

Textbook or review book? For textbook, I would suggest:

http://www.amazon.com/Calculus-Concepts-Applications-Paul-Foerster/dp/1559531177

That is the textbook I used and it prepared me well.

For a review book, get The Princeton Review: Cracking the AP Calculus AB & BC exams. Also go over AP Central FRQs for the AP exam.
