AP Chem and AP Physics C Predicament

Hi guys, I will be a junior next year and I need advice as to whether I should drop AP Chemistry next year in order to take regular physics, which would allow me to take AP Physics C: Mechanics and E&M in my senior year.

Here is my schedule that I have signed up for:
Junior English
Honors Precalculus
AP United States History
AP Spanish Language IV
AP Chemistry -------------------------------> Regular Physics
Photography I (Fine Art requirement)

When I go to college, I would like to study engineering (particularly Environmental, Chemical or Materials) and I think that AP Physics C would be a good class to take to prepare myself for the rigor of engineering. And also, the teacher for AP Physics is supposedly awesome.
So would dropping AP Chem and only having 2 AP and 1 Honors class make my schedule weak for my junior year even though it woud mean that I get to take AP Physics C in my senior year?

Here is my proposed senior schedule with taking regular physics my junior year:
Advanced Composition (World Lit)
Regular Government/Economics
AP Physics C: Mechanics (Semester 1) and E&M (Semester 2)
AP Calculus BC
AP Computer Science
Science Research

In Conclusion, more rigorous Junior year (w/ AP Chem) or more rigorous Senior year (w/ AP Physics)?
