what are the best/easiest to understand and read after a long day ......... ap chem prep books

i've heard barrons. 5 steps to a 5... and princeton review are good. but i tried to use barrons for phys c this year and endded up going to princeton review bc it was much more simply put..... umm

5 Steps is Okay, but kinda detailed. It's good in that it gives u a plan to study for the test.

Princeton Review is pretty good. SOOO many practice questions, MC, Free Response and explanations. And Two whole tests w/ explanations. Some sections were pretty short, but probably because they were not important.

i used 2
ARCO (petersons) and PR b/c the first gives u a good conceptual bkgrd and really teaches u the material, and the 2nd has a lot of practice

I actually had 4 books to refer from; Princeton Review, Kaplan, Sparksnotes and Barrons...but I found that Princeton Review communicated ideas best (their mnemonics were great too!)

I began studied for the test literally the weekend before the test and ended up with a 4. The Princeton Review book was the only thing I used to study and it really covered the areas which were tested.

yeah i used Princeton Review and i found the test to be pretty easy. i have yet to get my score, but i am almost positive i got atleast a 4, hopefully a 5.
