AP Chem Summer hw HELP needed

I switched into chem a few days before school started... Bad idea. I have a TON of hw and many questions.
especially
Calculate the number of NOsub3^- ions in 4.88x10^-3 mol Al(NO3)3
and I am hitting a serious mindblank with
Number of molecules in 0.0772 mol HCHO2
for some reason i got 4.75x10^22 for the second
but am clueless how to do the first

thanks

4.88 x 10^-3 mol al(no3)3 x 3 mol(no3)/1mol al(no3)3 x 6.02x10^23 ions x no3/1 mol (no3)

second is

0.0772 mol HCHO2 x (6.02 x 10^23 molecules HCHO2/1 mol HCH2O2)

Yeah..the second one is simple stoichiometry..

thank you very much
ya i got the second right after posting.

But can someone walk me through the first one?

Is going to number of ions just like number of... molecules?

I really suck at this and dont understand it

Summer work on concepts I dont know isnt fun

awesomeee none of this makes sense & im taking chem this year... YEAHh thats reall exciting to look forward to.
