AP Chemistry or AP Physics C for Chemical engineering?

I am currently in AP Biology now. I have taken Integrated Science I, Biology I Honors and Chemistry Honors as well. So, for Biomedical Engineering or Chemical Engineering, would it be wise to take AP Chemistry or AP Physics C? By the way, this will be my senior year, which will be my last year so it has to be either or. Which is more important? I mean I have already taken Chem Honors so should I try to get a physics credit? But this may be a bad thing or good thing. The Pro for AP Chem is that I will be prepared for AP Chem since I had Chem Hon, but the con for AP Chem will be that I haven't taken a physics class. The pro for AP Physics C will be that it will prepare me for engineering, but the con is that I have no previous Physics experience. So, which would be better for Chemical Engineering/Biomedical Engineering? Also, I will be in AP Calculus AB next year.
