AP Chemistry or Organic Chemistry in high school

I am currently a junior in high school trying to figure out what science course(s) I should take next year for my senior year. I am currently in AP Chemistry and AP Physics 1 & 2 and am doing well in both courses (As) and I am interested in pursuing chemical engineering in college. I am considering taking organic chemistry next year at a local college as a senior, lecture online and a once or twice a week 3 hour lab at the college. I really love chemistry and am thinking that taking a full year off is a bad idea. My other options for next year at my high school that I am considering are AP Biology, AP Physics C, and AP Environmental Science. I was wondering if anybody has any advice for if taking organic chemistry next year is a good or bad idea, as it is a notoriously difficult course, and if any of the other AP classes listed above would help prepare me for a chemical engineering major. Thank you!

AP Physics C will serve you better to prepare for college. My D is a 2nd year chem e and says Physics C was the most useful class she took in all of HS. Save o chem for college.
