AP Chemistry- through Apex?

I've taken AP Biology at my school and I got a 3 on the test. Because of that, I have experience with a science AP course already. I liked H. Chemistry at school, so I want to take AP Chemistry online.

Would taking AP Chemistry be better than taking H. Physics?

Would colleges like it better?

I'm interested in Chemistry, so maybe, AP Chem might be a better option.

Any opinions?

The class costs $350 per semester. In total, it's $700.

I'm also going to check Keystone National High.

Well, it really depends what you plan on studying in college. If you're ineterested in medicine or the like I'd say chem. Also, it's an AP...I say go for it! :]

I'm a rising sophomore that's going to self-study AP chem.

$700 for an AP sounds kind of insane. You could conceivably buy a couple of books and teach yourself the material before the AP exam and still do well on it. Even if you hire a tutor or something, I don't think you'd end up paying $700 for that.

Don't do Apex. I did the AP psychology one and it was one of the most boring experiences of my life.

I didn't find AP biology and AP chemistry to be all that similar. Bio definitely felt more like a history AP to me, which meant it came very easily compared to chem.
