AP Chinese Alternate Test - Help

Out of the 6 AP tests I'm taking (5 down, 1 to go) I'm by far worried most about this exam. As a non-native Chinese learner, with a pretty bad curriculum at my school, I'm not very prepared for this test. I basically have the reading and writing section down (traditional characters) and I've prepared for this by reading Chinese news articles, writing essays, using Facebook in Chinese, etc.
My problem is with the speaking and listening sections of the exam. Often, I will be able to understand the majority of the words being spoken, however, the few words that I don't understand create a large difference between the actual meaning of what is spoken and my inference about the meaning.
Also, I've never lived in China, so I know limited details about foods, holidays, the zodiac, and the dynasties but that's about it.
Any tips for what I should cram in the next day or so?

I’m taking the test tomorrow too! I feel like the if you use relevant vocabulary and don’t be repetitive then you can get a good score on that conversation section. Also start off with “xxx, nihao!” I’m also worried about the presentation, especially the culture part cause I don’t know much about famous celebrities, historical figures, inventions…

Gonna cram some vocab tonight.
