I am currently signed up for the following AP classes for junior year: AP Computer Science, AP Language, AP US History, AP AB Calculus, AP Chemistry, and AP Physics I & II. I am wondering whether taking all of these will only serve to stress me out with the heavy amount of work, or if the amount of work is over hyped. I am planning on becoming a Chemical Engineer so my math and science classes are being taken for that reason.
Amount of work for classes varies greatly from school to school. So I cannot give you an accurate estimate of how hard this schedule is and if you can keep up with it or not. I suggest you ask people who have taken one or all of those classes about the homework loads, If you can, perhaps ask the teacher that teaches the class about the amount of homework given and the workload.
Based on the difficulty at my school, this schedule would be very hard to keep up with. Also consider your extracurricular time requirements when considering how hard a schedule will be during the school year.
