AP Classes in Senior Year

Hello. I was just wondering, do colleges look at the classes you take in senior year?
Well since I haven't taken ANY AP classes during my ninth through 11th grade year in high school I decided to take up 4 AP classes for my senior year. I know I know, I think it's overkill too but I want to know if colleges look at what classes you took your senior year. I don't want myself to look bad not having taken any AP classes up to this point haha. Would they think you are just desperate and it will just make me look even worse?? I mean I still took honors classes but I don't think they are as rigorous as AP classes right?

They look at how rigorous your schedule is in comparison with the most rigorous schedule available. Taking APs senior year is not a waste, because colleges can see your senior schedule and they want to make sure that you arent trying to slack off in your final year.
