^three AP classes as a sophomore?! My school had a very very rare maximum of 2 (AP World and AP physics) To all of you guys who took 3+ as a freshmen/sophomore, did you guys self study or did your school offer them to younger grades

well my school is kinda advanced so there really is no minimum amount of AP classes since when we enter high school those really the only classes left to take.
To answer your other question there are students who self study, but those are usually the students who took the AP exam before did’nt like the grade and wanted to take it over.
I personally have all my AP classes and couldn’t imagine taking the exam without a teachers guide.
Just my friendly input =]

I took AP US History and scored a 5.

My school doesn’t let you take AP classes until junior year.
The only thing close to it is US Hist 1 Adv, which used to be AP.

kitkat I feel sorry for you. my school is almost as bad. but next year they let us take AP government as freshemen. but no AP in 10th grade. that really sucks.

Bringing back the thread. :D
