I am a Junior and I am taking 3 AP classes: AP Biology, AP Language, and AP US History. I have A's in AP Bio and Lang but I have a B in my AP US History. Honestly, my teacher has made it impossible to get an A in her class. I have the highest grade in my AP US, which is a 91, and I am the best essay writer and test taker in the class. The biggest obstacle to get an A in her class is that she refuses to give an A in any of her AP class because she believes it will "encourage" her students to do better. I have a 4.0 GPA but this will be no more by the end of the semester. I would like to attend Ivy League Universities like Princeton and Harvard after I graduate high school. Will this grade hinder my chances to get accepted into these universities or should I not worry about it?

no, if you get one “average” grade in one course, you are just demonstrating that you are human. It won’t affect your chances the slightest in my opinion.

if you have over a 89.5 you deserve an A
