<p>Hey quick question for everyone!</p>

<p>I am currently in some AP courses heavily in math and science which I thoroughly enjoy and do quite well in. However, I am also taking AP US History and it is quite the challenge for me. I managed to get an estimated score of a 5 on my midterm but consistently get B's or B-'s. (This may be a stupid question) Would MIT prefer to see that I can get an A in every area of study or will getting a 5 on the AP test make them not care about this courses transcript? Thanks again!</p>

<p>Everyone will tell you to get an A AND a 5. In my opinion though, if this is one of only a couple B’s and you get a 5 on the exam, I don’t think anybody would care.</p>

<p>Thanks! Yeah this is the only class I dont have an A in so I’m not too terribly worried.</p>

<p>I was accepted with a B (88 or 87 I think) one semester of WHAP. And 4s on all my AP tests, except Stat lol.</p>
