AP classes

do you think it would be too hard to take all advanced / AP classes sophmore year ?
cause the thing is that im a gymnast and im at the gym 19 hours a week, so it gets hard to handle homework sometimes, but i always get it in on time.

Minneapolis? Yuck! Haha, only kidding. I think it would be possible if you have good time management skills. What type of schedule do you have or how many classes per day? Do you go to Southwest?

What’s your schedule like this year? Are you used to APs?
And are they in classes that you like and/or are good at?

I doubt you have even filled enough prerequisites to take all AP classes your sophomore year. A mix of honors and AP is almost always manageable.

For the sake of having a life, dont do it. Take some AP’s, in subjects you have interest in, but not all AP’s.

and being really devoted to your sport looks good too

yea dont do it. it wont help that much in the admissions

Don’t do it. You’ll wind up stressed out and overworked. Maybe take one or two APs in subjects that interest you and take the rest in honors classes (or whatever level is offered at your school above the average but below AP).

definiyrly possible, I’m doing it now and have plenty of free time most nights, of course that’s because I’ve mastered procrastination and sleep deprivation

I did it last year, and it’s definitely possible, but it requires a lot of focus and determination to actually do well in the classes (and I was pretty busy with sports too).

Ya I’m doing it this year. It’s really not as hard as people are saying if you have good time mangement. I even have a normal social life!!! :O
