AP,CLEP and ACCUPLACER

I was looking at the Collegeboard website and they offer 3 different sets of exams - CLEP, AP and Accuplacer. I am an international student, so can someone please explain the difference between the 3? Which helps more for college apps? Which gives most college credit? In equivalent subjects, which one is considered tougher?
