Hey, I am sorta in the same boat, except that I am not in any world government class and I only signed up to take the AP Comparative Government test because it was free with the AP US Gov't test. I am not sure if that was such a wise decision, but a friend and I decided that we should just take the test even though we probably won't receive credit. Anyway, On amazon someone suggested the Ethel Wood book over the othe Comparative book that they have on amazon. The other one is a book by Ken Wedding. That one got mixed reviews. I don't know if that helped you at all.

i hear REA's boo kis pretty good. I'm reading it right now and it's very understnadable. the information seems scant, but that may just be because the exam doesn't require you to know a great deal. I have no clue on how well it preps you for the exam,.
