<p>I was looking at AP Computer Science review books, and was wondering if Barrons is necessary when I already have Litvins (the review book)and a great computer science teacher (best in district). I have also heard we will get homework everyday in the class. We are also using the Litvins textbook.</p>
<p>APCS is probably one of the only classes where a review book is not necessary, given that you have a strong teacher (which you do).</p>
<p>I bought a copy of Barron’s and only used it for the practice tests at the end of the book. See if you can acquire those another way, like from your teacher or from a friend (make copies of the tests from their copy of Barron’s).</p>
<p>Blue Pelican Java is very good as well.</p>
