For anyone out there that took it on Friday, how was the 74 MC?
Hello! I thought the MC was fairly easy at first. However, the questions get progressively harder. I just got my scores back and I got a 4. Many of the questions were framed nearly identical to ones in the prep books. If you practice analyzing a lot of pseudocode in class, you will be fine!
Congrats npudi16!
My students did decent on the exam. Very hard in my opinion to not be able to pass the exam.

How do you find the distributions of an AP test? Does The College Board send distribution results to a teacher?
The 2018 AP Computer Science Principles scores:
5: 14.4%;
4: 21.6%;
3: 36.7%;
2: 19.7%;
1: 7.6%.

@bjgiants6 those original numbers that you had - were they raw numbers you actually got from somewhere, or did you extrapolate them based on the percentages?
No, those were my students scores.
@bjgiants6 so that was the question - do teachers get sent scores for their individual AP classes? I personnally would love to know how the distribution went for my kid’s AP Physics C E&M exam for example.
Go to “Online Reports” in your college board account and should be able to access them.
Just a reminder the actual multiple choice questions cannot be discussed. Any posts regarding the specific content of the multiple choice questions violate the college board terms of service.
Can you recommend books/sites for testprep for this course? Don’t think codehs alone will cut it…
