<p>Is anyone else trying to self-study for AP Computer Science? I think I know enough about Java, and the test questions seemed pretty easy, so I should be fine, right?</p>
<p>Yeah. Very little of the APCS exam is on any sort of theoretical computer science concepts; it’s primarily “do you understand how the Java language works”, so you can easily self-study if you know Java. Just do make sure to get the theoretical stuff (runtime efficiency, sorting, that kinda stuff), because you wouldn’t just pick that up from knowing the language.</p>
