So I just found out I have a B in my APCS class for quarter 2...after getting a B quarter 1. I have no idea why I'm getting Cs and Bs on all the tests - I pretty much do every single related question in the Barrons book every time before a test, and then when I take the test, I end up getting a lot wrong. Has anyone had a similar experience with their computer science class? How well did you do on the exam?

Why not ask to meet with the teacher as soon as possible after school, so you can review your tests?

I have no idea at all why you would be using Barron’s study guide for the AP exam for the class. The teachers need to hit key points, but they DON’T have to use sample AP questions for their tests and most do not.

One thing that was tough for my son in his computer classes was to understand exactly what the teacher was asking. Often something like what goes where, or whether to use sub-programs was lost on him.
